John's Judge

"Here is my '69 Judge as it sat when I found it. Ram Air III, 4-speed, A/C, posi, pdb, ps, tinted glass, console, gauges, hood tach, carousel/parchment. It was sold new in California, and ended up in Texas. Rust free car and frame, it just needs a lot of TLC. The restoration is already started!"

Model A Rescue

"I have known of this car since I was a teen. I’ve heard countless stories of folks who’ve tried to purchase it for over 30 years. Buried in trees since 1959 she has quietly slept, hidden from view from any vantage point. Well, 3 years ago a friend of a friend said he found me a model A, something to start with anyway. The estate had been sold and the owners son wanted to find her a home, but it had to be a home that would restore her to original. They made me promise, "No hot rods." For that promise I was given the title (issued in 1937) and the ole girl for the cost of a tow bill and chainsaw fuel. She was truly within months of being just too far gone to save. It required a sub-frame from a donor car but we have her back on the path to glory. The son had even kept the cylinders oiled, the motor still turned freely and would have run easily with a little fire and fuel! This car is a lot more work than it's worth in terms of dollars and time, but it has been a labor of love to save one of Henry’s finest Lady’s!"

Shrink Wrapped Vette

"Hi Steve, I have been on the hunt for a '75 Vette Convertible with a 4-speed for several years. I've been looking for that special car and finally found it thanks to a lead from a friend. This Vette has been in the same family since new. The husband drove the car every day of the year up until 1996, when he decided to put it away, with the intention of restoring the car some day. He kept the car indoors until 2005, and then the Vette was parked behind the house on blocks and wrapped up tight in plastic for safe keeping. Needless to say the "green house" effect did a number on this car over the 4 years. The undercarriage of the Vette looked like those photos of the Titanic with all of the "rusticles" hanging off everything made of steel. Unfortunately the husband passed away in April of 2008 leaving his wife to deal with what was left of the car. To make a long story short, I found out about the car in January 2008 and several months later, we came to an agreement and I brought the car home in July 2008. I was looking for a project and this is a good one; as I was also given the original bill of sale from 1975 and it is a numbers matching car to boot!quot;
