Another Snowy Mustang

"Here are some pics of a rotting '66 factory V8/auto Mustang i found in Pennsylvania a few years ago. It's been sitting since the early 1980's and it's in pretty poor shape but complete. Still sitting but the owner says he will sell. By the way I love the site I'm glad you finally updated it. I've been into hunting for rotting cars since I was about 12 when I'd ride my bike down alleys and backroads looking. Keep up the good work!"

California Firebird 400

"This is a 1967 Pontiac Firebird 400(325hp). Non ram air 4-speed (yeah, that’s right), but I’m unsure of rear end. It looks to be Verdorgo(?) Green, black interior. I took these pics in June/July 2005. The last tags are from 1986. It is located somewhere in California (I'm still interested in it, so I can't say exactly where it is!). Almost all of the emblems are missing, and the paint is in OK condition for a CA car. NOT A SPEC OF RUST, how'd ya like that! Interior is torn to shreds, and you can see hub-caps for a VW and some random headlights inside. The car seems built to race, it has power NOTHING. Manual brakes, steering windows, etc. No A/C, but it does have the smog pump (original CA car!). The guy gave me a bogus-type story that it is his Aunt's car. She supposedly lives in LA somewhere and got it from a guy who went to Vietnam and was killed. Of course, she plans on "restoring it some day." When I first found it, it was sitting in the front yard, visible from the highway. Since then, they've moved it behind the house and under a tarp. I would like to go back and make an offer, but I don't have the time to keep annoying them anymore."

Two '66 Barracudas

"Rescued both of these '66 Barracudas from the same person. The gold one is a one owner and has been in the barn for 29 years, extremly solid and all original. The black one, a tree fell on it in 1986 and it has sat in the same spot since. It's fixable, but it will probably become a parts car. I got both cars and all the extra parts for $900.00 in southern Indiana."
