CARS IN BARNS PAGE

It's has a 383 4bbl, no a/c, no p/b, factory road wheels, bench seat with auto on the column, and a lot of RUST. After swapping the carb, by passing a clogged fuel line, freeing up the frozen brakes, the car runs and moves under its own power (looks like the car from Joe Dirt going down the road though) I plan on using some of the parts on my 70 Charger R/T that I am presently restoring, then selling the car. I don't have the heart to break up a numbers matching, nearly complete Charger, some one out there will want to restore this one. Great site even though it kills me to see these cars sitting in neglect. -Chris ,Orange County, NY |
I own a salvage yard in NC and here is my cars in barns. My superbird project I will get to very soon. 2nd is my 68
GTX conv I have had this car about 19 years its been in shed about 8 years Thanks Marty Bollinger |
Here are a couple of a 70' Charger I just purchased, the car has been sitting since 1987, I bought it from a guy that was going to restore it and had enough sense to sell it before nothing was left. |
Here's a '68 Super Bee from a guy's backyard... It's a gold '68, 383 4spd car, engine and tranny long gone...JS |
Unlike some of the stories on your website about cars just sitting and the owners not wanting to sell them I came across this one in Texas that actually was for sale. She's a 440 4v, with factory A/C,
ps, pdb, and tic toc tach. She also came with automatic transmission and floor console. She's originally blue with white stripes and blue interior. -David |
