FINALLY GOT SOME PHOTOS OF THIS DUSTER TWISTER 340 THAT HAD BEEN SITTING
FOR 20 YEARS IN THE SAME SPOT...
WHEN WE ASKED THE OWNER WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO WITH IT, HE SAID "I DON'T KNOW".
I bought it in 87 after hounding him for a year, he was planning on making a stock car out of it. I
got it with a 383 and 4-speed in place of the Hemi and auto. He still has the original Hemi and trans.
About all it needed was new quarters and some floor pan work. I sold it in 89 to a guy in Detroit and last
I knew it was in Florida, hopefully still surviving.  Joe

This car was found sitting beside a barn in Constantine, MI. It was an original 67 Belvedere 1
with 426 Hemi, 727 auto, 8 3/4 rear, and radio delete car with 56K on the odometer, VIN #RL21J71219198,
documented as 1 of 2 Hemi sedans built. Apparently the 2nd owner hit a deer in the early 70s and it set
until the original owner bought it back in 86.
