" BOWTIES IN BARNS - PAGE # 50" |
In the mid 80's this Judge sat in the back of a new car dealership in State College, PA. The asking price was somewhere around $2500. As cheap as that was, being a college student, there was no way I could afford it. (The Fairlane next to it was about $1000.) |

This ragtop was in Broomall/Collingdale Pa for years not a
SS but someone put a big block init stripped the paint and then let it sit outside for years. I did try and buy the car before the bass boat style heavy metal Flake paint was striped and of course it wasn't for
sale. I did buy the car years later for $700 with the fresh big block and tons of parts . |
This is a 68 GS 400 I bought for 100 bucks. The 400 engine started after 5 years and the tranny works to. It is one of the most rusted cars i have ever seen. The last 2 feet of frame rail were sitting on the ground with the bumper attached to it the back window slowly rotted it self down to the package shelf and did not break. |
